full time until 12 sep (classes start)

hi there,
my classes are starting on 14 sep. can i work full time until 14 sep or not? i was on my official drop moreover, there was a rule as students were allowed to do full time which is expired on 31 august. but as per previous guidelines, students can do full time work during scheduled breaks right.
i am not aware of? can somebody clarify me?

If you're a returning full-time student you can work full-time until your classes resume.
