AFTER SUBMITTING FULL DOC OR DID CIC WILL PROVIDE A NEW FILE NUMBER ?

yes, after sending full doc they will send acknowledge letter with new file number. but i seen both file number is working . which is ur visa office?

You haven't get any acknowledgment from London office? did you mention your email , if yes, are you checking your email/spam box etc?

Whats is e-case status of your application with old/cio file number?
