I am in process of submitting my full application to new delhi Visa office and do i have to take the new version of form imm0008 changed on jan-2010, or submit the version of the form sent in sep-2009

Hi Vishal

Exactly the same, if any change you wanna make, Have an explanation letter attached under which reasons you did it. This is written on FSW Guidelines. btw, which NOC you are?

Ok, since i have changes in my original application to CIO.So i have to do the following

1)Submit photocopy of application sent to CIO
2)Print the all the forms again and highlight the changes done.
3)Write a cover letter.

Let me know if i have missed anything.

You need to sign the new copies of form that you sent to CHC. So if you have changes in the form, I will recommed taking new form from the website.

Your checklist is correct
1.) Cover letter explaining the changes
2.) The forms duly signed by you
