FSWP - Schedule 3 Economic Classes - Assets, Liabilities, Sttlement Funds

Hi,

My question is regarding the Settlement funds. I am a single person who is applying for the program.

I have a FD of around 14000$ (Canadian Dollars). Can I consider this an asset and use it for settlement funds?

If Yes.. what shall I mention in the Assets and Settlement Funds section in the Schedule 3 Economic Classes [ Section 11 ].

I have no liabilities.

Please advise.. Thank You
