I am currently on study permit in Canada. My wife is with me here in Canada on Study Permit Work Dependent Visa. I am in the process of applying for Express Entry, since I am fulfilling the criteria for FSWP. I will be the primary applicant (472 points) and my wife (417 points) would be dependent. Now with regards to the Proof of Funds, I have following questions:
Under FSWP, it says that the applicant needs to either show funds in their account ($15200 for 2 person) or else the applicant needs to have a valid work permit to work in Canada and a job offer for full time employment. The criteria for work permit and job offer for full time employment: Is there a requirement that this should be only for the Primary applicant or else this can be fulfilled from a dependent spouse as well?
