I want to know whether the list changes every time when this program starts or remains unchanged. In other words, will the list of eligible occupations include different occupations from the current ones when the fswp application program start in a new year? I am a new potential applicant and my required field is dentistry which isn't in the 24 list of eligible occupations. And thanks.

The list typically changes at least a little bit each year. Unfortunately it's impossible for any of us to say what it will look like next year.

From what I think, it seems that it depends on the job areas that require skilled workers. Because, it is expected that successful landed immigrants will easily find jobs as soon as they land. So how do we know the job areas that require skilled workers each year? ??? ??? ??? I absolutely do not have a clue.
