Dear All,
Iam working in canada under Closed WP i.e Intra company Transfer , Can I apply under FSWP. If yes , Should I wait until it opens on May 2013?

Please advice

Thanks Islandbabe,
Apparently I need to wait until 2013 dec to apply under CEC, but what AOE stands for

You dont need AEO (arranged employment opinion) which is pre screening approval from HRSDC.

You come under the special agreements which includes post grad study, NAFTA, etc. These categories do not require AEO.
You can apply directly under FSW if you have the pre-requisite 1 year exp (exp outside canada valid).

As to whether you need to apply now or under the new rules, you are the best judge. If I were you I would apply now if i qualify. What is the point in waiting? I dont see any.

that's the good point, Based on my FSWP points , I do qualify , let me think over thank you once again

you can apply for FSW now with LMO, don't have to wait

I have only one concern , according to the FSWP - document . The information says: "
If you are currently working in Canada in a job under a category (e.g. intra-company transferee) and
•Your work permit is valid when you apply for a permanent resident visa, and
•Your current employer has made an offer to give you a permanent job if your application is successful "

Yes I have Job in canada working under C-WP ( ICT)
Yes WP will be valid when I apply for PR visa , but the

point #2, is bite difficult, Since I been transfered from my parent company India to Canada. they would not provide a letter like offering permanent job based on FSWP application been success.
Any suggestion or do I have any work around for point #2

In that case you can probably try pnp or cec, there is no way around this...

you mean, this document from the employer offering a permanent job is very essential for my FSWP application successful

CIC needs to know that you will still be employed after you get your PR.

The employer has to give you a letter saying the following things.

- written on company letter head
- signed by the responsible supervisor
- show the company's full name, address, telephone and fax number, email and web address.
- stamped with company's official seal (if applicable)

- specify period of your employment with company
- the positions you have held during the period of employment and time spent in each position.
- your main duties and responsibilities in each position.
- your total annual salary plus benefits.
- no. of hours worked per week.

Ghato,
The employement agreement with my current employer have given all the information as stated below.

Dear team,
Iam planning to apply under FSWP , in the 2nd week of April 2013, Will I fall under the old point system?

Ghato,
The other important question. My nationality is Indian and I can get the Police Clearance Cerificate from India , apparently I did stay in UK for 5 yrs from 2002-2007 , do you think the PCC is required from this country?

Yes - it is mandatory that you obtain a PCC from the UK.
