hey seniors, well i am new to this forum. I was wondering if you could please help me out with my query as i am really worried, had applied for fswp 2014 had attached reference letter from my all employers stating joining date, relieving date, position and salary drawn along with contract documents. The only thing i couldnt manage to get was roles and responsibilities is it fine or not?? plz help.....

Without roles and responsibilities you should be expecting your application to be refused.

and well sooner I realised that, i managed the letters dully signed and sent it them two weeks later (like additional documents)...and its been almost a month now....so should i email them and communicate the same. "that i misssed it before and had resend it you"...make sense??

You can certainly try. I'm not sure it will work. CIC expects all of the mandatory documents to be included with the original application. But again, you can certainly try.

Roles and responsibility is the vital part of your application. Since you miss this one, you might also have made mistakes in other part of the application. Better start preparing a new application package.

Looks like they are still processing applications received on or around 12th May, so will be a couple of months more before they get to your application.
