You can check for the CAP from this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

As of now CAP is not showing any thing since the applications received from the month of MAY is under process and only after each applicantion reach Positive evaluation it will be updated on the website .

You will be able to understand more about the status of the applications send to CIC by going to the link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11gAbKSoDoOr1s8_raB1qwz0i-ZH0NyNWhhn18O6kHwQ/htmlview?sle=true#

Pls update your status in the above spread sheet so that it will be possible for everybody to know what is the positions of each applications.
