FSW1 processing time...

Hi guyz,

i am just trying to plan my life while i am waiting for MR...i want to do something in my life while waiting...but i can't decide as i don't know the time frame of my application.

do you happen to know someone who really completed the FSW1 process in one year or less? or its already a myth nowadays? is it 2 yrs now?

This is something than no one can tell you for sure, every case is different and so are the timelines. I personally haven't seen anyone recently to get processed in under a year.

Again it depends on different CHCs as well, CHC ND use to finalise cases between 7-9 months at one point.

It all depends on your NOC code.
If your occupation is in demand then yes, you can get it in a year time frame.
Its not then no. It could take more than a year too.

I don't think it depends on occupation.
Now nobody can say any definite term. Could one year, could two, could be even three. Nobody knows.
