Hey there all !
My OINP application is currently in the "Submitted" stage. Yesterday, i received the invite on the ALL program FSW draw.

I'm a bit confused on which approach to proceed as i have my marriage coming up on the month of July?

My current CRS is at 481.

Scenario 1 : I accept the FSW invite, submit all of the documents, proceed to the AOR stage ( usually how much time does it take ? ) and then raise the change status to include my spouse
Scenario 2 : I proceed with my OINP invite, get the additional 600 points and then change my status to married before i accept any invites from FSW draw
Scenario 3 : I proceed with the FSW invite with no changes in status. Once i get my PR , i apply for spousal sponsorship

Your choice, however option 3 is not really an option. Its an OBLIGATION on you to inform IRCC about your marriage if you get married BEFORE you land in Canada (or get eCoPR if you are inland)

@CNP - So scenario 1 should be fine to proceed with ?

I believe this should cut short the time i spend on processing and jump directly onto processing of FSW application directly.

Also, what would be the best point to inform IRCC about status change ? - I will be getting married on the month of JULY.

Will my points be affected if the status has been updated after AOR ?

Go with both 1 and 2 if you have the money. The oinp 600 pts will be an insurance if in any case your pr app gets rejected for any reason.
Otherwise just go with option 1.

I have used option 1 for someone

1. Accept ITA and submit the application near the last date
2. Then quickly get married and get Marriage Certificate. Don't forget to take pictures on every occasion of the marriage with the parents of both sides.
3. Submit a web form to IRCC to add spouse
4. IRCC will reply with an application package, submit photos and all documents
5. Wait for PPR.
