FSW stilll open if positive AEO given

Hi
i have just had good news that the job offer i have in canada has been given the go ahead from Canada Service Centre and a positive AEO has been issued
am i correct in saying that the FSW programme is closed EXCEPT if you have a job offer - basically meaning i can apply before the new criteria kicks in in 2013?

Congratulations on getting positive AEO. Yes, you should apply for the FSW with your Job Offer and AEO as soon as possible. No need to wait till 2013.

and what are the process? did you sign a contract first?.. thank you..

the full process took only 6 weeks
my employer had to sbmit my fully signed job offer and contract
