Hello everyone.

I am a newbie .

My application got to CIC on the 19th of December, 2014.

NOC- 2234

Payment was by bank draft.

Haven't heard anything from CIC yet? Since i used bank draft, how will I know when the money has been collected?
Please is there anyway I can enquire from CIC on my application status?

The 'online status check portal' doesn't begin until you get your PER email along with the UCI number.

PER email will be your intimation of CIC debiting your money, or you can ask your bank about that.

Hi All,

I'm new to this site, I applied to FSW14 programme on Dec 17th 2014. As of now no update from immigration and I heard that the applications which were received post Dec are getting picked and December applications are rejected. Can any one is having info regarding this? If so please do reply to this post. Till now I felt that my application will be picked but now I'm a bit stressed. Pls let me know how to check the status of the application. I have an excel to check the status but that is not showing any info. Is there any other way to go? Help is much appreciated.

The applications being picked after December were submitted as part of the new Express Entry program this year. This is a completely different program than the one you applied under last year.

No Sir. I applied under FSW14, for NOC 2172. Sorry typo mistake in my previous message, I heard that applications sent before december are getting processed but December ones getting rejected. Any idea on this. pls help me out in getting the status of my application

Where have you heard of this rumors? December applicants are still getting charged and receiving the PER accordingly til the last day of December.

What date exactly did your file reached CIC intake office in NS? Don't want to discourage you, but not unless your NOC got capped prior to your app received date. I don't see any reason why you should be rejected..
