FSW Processing Slowdown

Any thoughts on why there's been a slowdown in processing FSW-O applications in the last month or so? Specially at CIO?

Any update on this ? I am seeing that alot of PNP candidates are prioritised and their process is expedited. Any particular reason for this ?
