I need some advise from you guys.

I am a TFW here in Alberta for a year now. My current occupation is Admin / Accounting Assistant (NOC level C).
But then, in my home country, Philippines, I am a Certified Public Accountant which belongs to NOC level A/B.
I have worked in the Philippines for the past 4 years. It was just last year that I moved here in Canada for a temporary work.
I am looking into applying for Federal Skilled Worker program so that I will be able to migrate here permanently.

Is there any chance that I will be eligible since my previous occupations fall into the 38 occupation that are in demand in Canada even if my current job is only skill level C?

Would appreciate your responses! =)

You are eligible as long as you have had at least a one year work experience from the list of 38 in the last 10 years. Your current job does not have to be skilled.

Thank you for the quick response!

In the CURRENT OCCUPATION portion, should I put my current occupation here in AB as an Admin / Accounting Clerk? Or should I put Accountant, my skilled occupation? I'm just hesistant to write down my current occupation because they might immediately reject my application without considering my previous work experiences as a skilled worker.

They will not reject you because of your current job so just tell the truth.
