Agreed - no one knows. You'll have to wait until the new rules are announced.

Yes San. There is a temporary pause on FSW.

Immigration Minister Jason Kenney has stated that “the new Skilled Worker program will be limited to applicants in NOCs O, A, and B, but won't be limited to particular occupations.”

While the Minister has said that there won't be a limitation on particular occupations, it is expected that there will be an overall cap or limit to the number of applications that will be accepted for assessment by CIC.

Kenny has said that under the new policy no particular occupations would be outlined for eligibility under FSW class. Above statement makes it clear that most probably they would not delay the processing of files of applicants under 4131 or other such NOC codes because these NOCs were removed from MI2 and MI3.

can u give us a link? Where minister said that.
