Hi, can some body help me to know which NOC CODE should I select to apply to Canadian Immigration under FSW. I am a Branch Manager of a Bank and my job responsibilities are as follows:
• Responsible for managing day-to-day business affairs of the branch. Oversees the sales, operations, and business development, including profits and productivity.
• Supervise the activities of the Branch.
• Setting effective priorities and implementation of decision to achieve short and long term goals.
• Daily huddle with the sales staff to discuss the market dynamics and to increase new clientele, and with operations staff to provide complaint free customer services and smooth operation in compliance of SOP/Central Bank’s regulations.
• Create and analyze management reports and to discuss with staff regarding branch position.
• To set targets and motivate/guide the staff members to met them.
• Interaction with the customers through market penetration/visits.
• To manage and motivate team for maximum utilization of their potential and lead them for image building of the Bank and for personal growth as well.
• Take care of customers regarding their banking needs.
• Resolve the issues related to Branch performance and operations as and when required.
To attend executive meetings for presentation of Branch performance and to discuss future Business plans towards progress of the Branch.
