FSW & Investor 6 Month Pause

As reported in the Province yesterday, Kenney announced that the FSW and Investor Immigrant programs will be "paused" until January/2013. FSW2 and PHD will not be effected. But I assume that CEC will be.

The only affect on FSW2, is that it is now FSW1
