FSW inland with dependents Outland

Hi, anyone is a LMIA based FSW with the applicant working inland while dependents are out of the country?

Is there any chance I will be prioritized as someone exempt from travel restrictions if my dependents reunite with me in Canada?

AOR 3/2020 and GCMS shows “approved” whatever that means.
