i am already following it still need a lil gudance..i mean should we leave those froms blank which are not applicable to us like Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409) ??and do we need to include these blank forms with the application??

Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) (PDF, 472 KB)
Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada (IMM 5604) (PDF, 21 KB)
Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409) (PDF, 19 KB)
Use of a Representative (IMM 5476), if applicable. (PDF, 55 KB)

Above mentioned 4 forms are not required to fill by every one
if any of the above is applicable to you then fill it else don't include them in your app rest of all forms are must and if you miss any of that your application will be returned as incomplete
