FSW/expres - NOCof primary occupation and NOC of job offered from CANADA differ

I would like to know that if I applied in FSW category in primary occupation; for instance in NOC 3113 category and I would secure job in other category from canadian employees with is LMIA apporved (in other category like NOC - research assistant).

Then would I get point for My job if job offer NOC (LMIA supported) is differ than Primary occupation in application?
