I'm hoping someone might be able to help me out. I recently applied for EE but was rejected and I can't work out why. All my details are below, but by my calcs I should have 73 points on the selection factors grid and then 444 CRS points.
English: IELTS 9 for speaking, listening and reading, 7 for writing
French: no score
Education: IQAS recognized 2 masters/professional degrees plus a Bachelor degree and other 1 year post grad certificate.
Experience: 1 year NOC 4112 (lawyer)
Age: 31
No employment arranged
Adaptability: partner is Degree- educated (ECA obtained), age 33, IELTS scores 9 speaking, 8.5 listening, 7.5 reading and 6.5 writing.
Neither of us have Canadian experience or relatives. No provincial nominations either.
