FSW - Delhi or Sydney

Hello,

I am an indian citizen (Delhi) and presently living in United States. I am planning to apply for FSW and was wondering if I "should" sent my application to CHC, Delhi (as it is fastest) or in Sydney, Canada?

Please advice.

You don't have a choice, all initial FSW go to Sydney, and if you were admitted to the US for a year, you can select Buffalo or ND as the visa processing office. If you select ND, the interview will be there (if necessary) and you will have to arrange for your passport to be carried to ND and arrange to get it back. You can't mail/courier passports in/out of India and Delhi will not mail them outside their processing area.
