I am currently in Canada (Toronto), initially came on student visa in 2009-2010 session, received PGWP(Post Grad Work Permit) in Jan2011
- 3years degree (Delhi University) B.Com(Hons), 2years Post Grad Dip in Business Mgt (Distant Learning) amd 1year Full time PG Cert (Toronto)
- Worked in Marketing as Field Sales Representative for selling credit card
- Worked on contract through job consultants in Bank for operations as Operations Analyst (10months)
- Previous 6 years of experience in Marketing as Investment (Equity Broker) - Noc0123
Currently I received LMO (NOC-6216B) for 3 years with help of a Business Owner (A high end restaurant) where I used to work part time since nov2011.
My IELTS is 7 band in all, and hence 7 band as gross too. I recently got married (Dec2011) and my spouse is also a post graduate
I strongly feel characteristics of my profile will secure more than required 67 points - Federal Skilled Worker class, but I am unsure of NOC code to mention on my application. It seems little contrary as I worked in different NOC Code for 6 years for which I may need to provide solid proof, and now I have LMO+Work Permit under Different NOC Code.
Please help me judge the level of my qualifications to file for PR.
