FSW APPLICATION FORM QUEST..PLS ITS URGENT

hi i am sending my appliation and i am consued that do i have to attach my personal resume or bio date along with the intial application to CIC CANADA or not .pls let me kown as i am sening my application on tuesday. need your help
or do i have to attach anything else besides form, fees, and 2 mailing labes( i live in usa since 5 years so do i have to submit mailing label to my native language to home country or us address..pls let me know

no need for resume as long as you have covered all your main duties in the form. dont forget to attach the photocopy of biodata page of your passport.

thanks for your reply..but one more questions
i came to usa on h1b and then after 3 years i stated to study in grad college.so do i have to submit my passport copy as well as all those documents along with change of status and all the colleg I 20( ADMISSION LETTERS).
and do i have to submit all the notarized or simply photo copies

no change of status documents and admission letters at the time of sending the initial application to sydney. the copy of passport need not to be notarized.

Hi, I think ja77 has answered your question that copy of passport page need not be notarized. Actually, all documents for Sydney CIO need not be notarized, just photocopies.

It is when you submit the full application to your local visa office when you have to get all photocopies notarized.

It is when you submit the full application to your local visa office when you have to get all photocopies notarized.

Some offices only require copies and they don't have to be notarized, you have to read the specific instructions for each visa office.
