FSW 66 points after b-day. Waiting for Nomination. question

Guys,

In August I will be losing 1 FSW point due to birthday, bringing my total FSW points to 66.

I applied to OINP. What are my options assume I get a nomination after my birthday?

My profile will EE profile will be invalid after birthday...

Can I still get nominated with a ee profile at 66 FSW points? If so what will that give me?

Ive maxed out ielts, and work exp.

Do you have a relative in Canada for adaptability points? Or a spouse to take IELTS? Or did you or your spouse study in Canada? The other options are to take the TEF and reach CLB 4, or to upgrade your education, which I doubt can happen by August.

Even if you're a PN, I still think the lock-in date will be the date you send your PR application to CIC, and you still have to qualify according to FSW rules.
