FSW: 3-year break between two same NOC 1-year job

Hi experts,
I am wondering if my following work experience will be counted for FSW:

2014-2015 (1 year 1 month) : Medical Social Worker
2015-2017 (1 year 5 months) : Social Work Research Assistant
2017-2018 : Working holiday, baker
2018 - 2019 (1 year) : Social Work

By July 2019, I will have worked as a social worker at my current company for 1 year.
For the requirement of 'continuity', can I add up my two social worker jobs as 2 years experience for FSW application, despite having a 3-year break in between?
