FSW 2014

I have several queries as under:

1) I have applied under FSW 2014 program in the month of August. Prior to this program, I have applied for Nova Scotia PNP program in which result is still awaited. Will FSW program assessment authority consider my case?

2) For FSW 2014, I have submitted My Original IELTS test result. But I have attached NOTORISED Photocopy of my wife's IELTS result. Moreover to that, I have attached the formal declaration letter signed by my wife with the reason. Will the FSW program assessment authority will consider my case?

3) My wife has recently received her new passport. This new passport has revised details which is changed after marriage. i.e. Surname Change, Spouse name added, Address change. Now I want to inform the FSW program assessment authority about my wife's new passport. How can I inform them?

Please guide/suggest me for the above points. It will be a BIG help.

I hope some seniors respond to you, but in the meanwhile the following is what I think:

1. I have really no clue what you are trying to ask here. The FSW application is independent of the PNP, so they don't care what the PNP does. If the PNP proceeds faster than the FSW and you get a visa there, its great. If you get the FSW visa earlier then its also nice. By the way, you can have two FSW applications at the same time. Either they have to be in different years, or in the same year but in different NOCs. So multiple applications are OK.

2. Are you getting 67 points without your wife's IELTS? If yes, then don't bother. You did not seem to indicate why you did not include the original copy. For most part it depends on the VO. Generally the only reason not to include it is that the original was included in another Canada immigration application.

3. Have you got the PER? If yes, then you need to contact the VO regarding your wife's new passport. If your application was sent recently, than you can send an addendum with the revised details of your wife's passport to the CIO. Another alternative is to do a Case Sepecific Enquiry at https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

I have applied for FSW 2014 under NOC 4011. My application received by CIC on 23rd May, 2014. Charge date is Sept. 30th, but I didn't receive the PER. What will I do?

Please help me....... :'( :'(
