FSW 2014 November applicants queries

Hi guys,
I am yet to submit my application. could you please reply to my questions??
1) Can i pay my Application fees using my credit card?? ( 550 CAN $).??
2) should i submit reference letter from previous employer??
3) is birth certificate mandatory for accompanying spouse??
4) i have fixed deposit in nationalized bank. can i submit that as a proof of fund??

3) Yes - mandatory whether your spouse is accompanying or non-accompanying.
