FSW 2014 Main Application Procedure

Dear ALL,

I am the Main applicant want to add my wife and my kid in the process. So what are all the application forms i need to fill up for my wife and for my kid(10 years). My wife worked in the past but now she is not, do i need to mention that in the application..? please guide me through the process.

IMM 0008-Principal alone
IMM 5669-Principal and spouse
IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3-Principal alone
IMM 5406-Principal and spouse
IMM 5562-Principal alone
IMM 5620-Principal alone

Non for your 10 years old kid but is information
must be filled in the relevant forms above.
