What is the process of MPNP means eligibility criteria.

FSW will reopen on January 01,2015 , on LOI Basis

It will be reopen in May 2014. Correct me if I am wrong. Because i am planing to apply in 2014 however all depends on NOC list where Finance and account occupation should be there.....

We don't know if it will open in May 2014. It may open in May 2014. Or CIC may hold off re-opening until January 2015 and EOI. It's impossible to say at this time.

I do not think that they will increase the cap for NOC. I hope there should increased cap. Let see.....
