I applied this year under NOC 2147. Unfortunately my application got late and it must be on its way back to me by now. I just want to ask if anyone has any information regarding FSW 2014-15? When should we expect the new rules to be announced? What is expected to be the next NOC list? Any chance that the same list of NOCs will be repeated? I remember hearing from someone that maybe CIC will be changing their immigration model to that of Australia. Its going to be different from this year's.
