FSW 2014- 1 month since app received ? When will I get update ?

My application was received on 18 June 2014 -- one month has gone
I sent DD - how will know if they encashed my DD or not ? Who, how and when will they contact me ?
Is there any email etc where I can contact them (the CIC) ?

I asked my local bank here regarding DD, but they say there is no way they can tell if DD is encashed since its like pay order - -

So how to contact CIC in Nova scotia ?

People have been waiting for over 2 months now. Check the FSW 2014 timeline periodically to get a rough idea as to how things are progressing.
