FSW '14 - Medicals time and RPRF duration/validity ?

Dear All

Please help.

This is concerning FSW 2014 - - - I received medicals today 20 April 2015 by email -- they say do medicals within 30 days from date of the letter received (previously it was 3 months).

My question is once i do medicals, then later when and if RPRF (visa) is issued is the validity still 1 year from date of medicals as it was in the past or it has changed ?
