From Working Holiday Visa to Student visa

Hello, Everyone. I'm in Vancouver for working to use a working holiday visa now. I applied Canadian college, and I got accepted from Canadian college, which is as a full time student, and got a letter of acceptance. I'm applying to student visa now, but there are two questions.

1. Do I need to take a medical exam even if I took a medical exam when I applied to a working holiday visa?
2. If I do not need to take the exam, what should I upload on my application?

Please give me your answers.

Thank you for replying to my post. My medical exam is not expired because I took the exam on January, 2020.
So, What should I upload on my application??
