From where to get documents translated in India for submission to PCRC

Someone close to me has to submit documents to PCRC , the date of birth certificate has to be translated to English , can anyone suggest from where should one get the documents translated in north India

Not Right, Read the following from the instructions:http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf page 20

"If the original certificate is not in English or French, submit both the certificate and the original copy of a translation prepared by an accredited translator"
