Hii..!
I m here in canada on tourist visa from India. I m appling for student visa for may intake.
What are the chances of getting my visa..?
And when i can apply for my spouse work permit?
My husband has two refusals on tourist visa . Will it effect his work permit??

It's better to apply while you are in your home country - lower chance of approval while you are in Canada since it's more difficult to show ties to your home country and prove you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Note that if you apply while you are in Canada, your application cannot be processed through a visa office in Canada. It either needs to be sent to the visa office for your home country or to a visa office in the US.

Yes - the visitor visa refusals may impact your husband's open work permit. To be approved for the work permit, he must show he has strong ties to his home country and has no plans on remaining in Canada long term. You can either apply for the work permit together with your study permit or after you are approved.
