I waited 18 days and then they asked me to send my passport to the embassy by vfsglobal company
I am a Ukrainian citizen
Does this mean I got a visa? Or what?
Will you give multi Visa or one inter ?
I asked them for multi Visa

It means they need your passport. In the request letter the needed details are explained.

It doesn't matter what you asked for. They will give you the TRV you qualify for after examining your case.
