Hello , I have lived in the UK for past 9 years and hold an Indian passport. Please could someone advice on the below mentioned?

1. I would like to apply for the Skilled Worker category to move to Canada. Please could you let me know if I can apply from UK or do I have to apply from my country of nationality (India)?

2. Do I have to submit proof of funds ($13,801 - for 2 people) at the time of submitting the initial application?

yes you can apply from the UK
i am not sure about the amount but its on the CIC website. perhaps someone will reply to it.

not to CIO. Only to the visa office.
