From PVO to LVO !!

Hi,

I sent an e mail to PVO asking them about my application status, thier response was like this:

Your file is currently undergoing background verification. In order to complete this aspect of processing, your application has been transferred to our London office for further processing.

Background verifications may take several months to complete.


Please, does any one have same case,

can u share your time line, NOC, Date of application, date of PER , e-case status ?

This is unfortunate that your file is transferred to LVO. What is the reason ? LVO in incapable of handling the applications which they currently having , so what is logic of further sending them applications for processing when they cant handle old ones ?

I applied in may 2010, my file was in LVO then moved to PVO in april 2013 and I did the medical test at that time
after that they asked for some information for my wife and I send it to them
I also send them two e mails in 2013 asking them about my case and thier responce was my file is under the background check
and it may take months

I sent them e mail few days ago, I told them that my medical test will expier in april 2014
And thier responce was like my first post

my e-case is medical test have been recieved

My question is why again to LVO, as I know LVO is very busy, and they are asking for interview these days
please does any one have same case?
