from "In Process" to "Decision Made"

Hi,

Can some help me how long will it take to know the decision if from Ecas state that decision is made and the office will contact you for the decision on my permanent residence visa. I was not interviewed so I am getting anxious what is the result. Everything was already done, they received my medical and already paid the RPRF.

I am being positive with it. Hopefully it will be my visa. It is in Manila.
