From High Skilled to Low Skilled

I have high skilled experience under skill B noc 7294 - I got a job offer from Alberta (Noc C noc 9493), I have the contract and a positive LMO and will soon be launching my application as soon as I get my PCC later this week.

My question is, Will I get through with my WP application seeing that I have High skilled experience? thanking you in advance...
