FRM considered as Masters by WES for ECA

Hi,

I am pursuing FRM from india. Right now I have bachelor's degree evaluated from WES. I want to know if I complete my FRM, will I get Masters equivalent from WES or Two bachelor's. Response is really appreciated. Thanks
