I had a similar problem with the online status website...when I entered my name as a sponsor with application # or UCI..nothing turned up.
But if I used the Application number, not UCI, and used my wife's LAST NAME ONLY and her birthdate below that in the menus...everything showed up.

Not sure why but it worked...

As far as I am aware, you will not be able to access e-cas updates until sponsorship approval.
 
I called CIC call center early in our process and they said it's normal to have nothing show up for the 55-75 days or so. Don't get worried at this point...check it once a week...and no more...you'll go crazy.

when I called the call center...they said wait another 3 weeks...within 3 days...we got the email and it was showing up in the online system.

Stay cool...or you'll drive yourself crazy.
 
I PICKED UP MY VISA.....NO CALL,NO DELIVERY,THE COURIER DONT EVEN SEND MESSAGE TO MY CELL EVEN IF MY NUMBERS ARE ATTACHED..IT IS JUST A TRY FOR ME TO CHECKED THIS OFFICE..MY VISA WAS ARRIVED TO THIS OFFICE APRIL 10..I GOT IT FRIDAY THE 13TH.. ;D ;D
