Fresh Electrical Engineer looking for a job in Canada

Is it possible for a Fresh Engineer like me to find a job in Canada , Iam currently residing in Kuwait , Kuwait Market is very much down and no jobs availabe atm , is it possible to get a job in Canada ??

Almost impossible to secure any job from outside of Canada and even less so with no work experience. Also note that being an electrician in Canada requires certification/ licensing
