frequent email to CHC does lead to visa refusal? class start from jan 7th

i need an advice
after my medical is done. i have mailed to CHC when it was 15days after submitting my passport with medical details stating that my class will start from jan 7th how long will they take.. no reply i got till then. should i mail them again today??? will emailing them frequent will have any impact on my visa decision?? please someone reply
I have submitted my visa file on November 11th got medical call on december 19th submitted passport on december 20th.
for inquiry mailed CHC on Jan3rd. my classes started from today Jan7th.
After class started does the chance of visa refusal get high?????
Should i email them again ??

1. No impact on visa even if you send whole elephant at the CHC gate, they do not mind/reply unless your reasons are serious.
2. You should get visa by now. After class get started, CHC may ask you to submit a 'Letter of late-registration' from your school.

@ enfiled they have finally replied me to the first email i did them on Jan 3rd.. but seriously their mail has made me confused..does this mail means anything negative ? cz they knew my class has already started now do i have a high chance of getting refusal or what.. ? the mail smthng like this...

We recognize that there are a number of students in your situation who have not received their study permits in time to start classes this semester. If it is a negative decision, then you will receive a refusal letter which you can provide to the educational institution in order to request a refund of any fees you have paid for admission. If it is a positive decision to issue your study permit and the educational institution confirms it is too late for you to begin classes, then you can ask for deferred admission next semester. When you proceed to Canada to begin your studies, carry the amended admission letter with you and present at the Port of Entry where you arrive, and an amended study permit will be issued to you.

3. You may request our office to withdraw your application, and then re-apply later with a new letter of admission. Withdrawing your application will have no impact on any future application you may make. Please note that, when you withdraw, our office will not be able to provide you with a rejection letter that you can show to the educational institution in order to obtain a fee refund.

It means nothing. They're just explaining why there is a delay and they are giving you your options that you can wait until the last date for you to join your uni and then if you still don't get your visa, you'll have to defer your admission. Which embassy have you applied to ?

I am also in trouble just like you. I applied on the 25th of September, did my medical and sent back my pp on the 9th of OCT. Been waiting since. My classes have started from the 7th and 20th of Jan is the last date for me. I did email CHC Islamabad the day before yesterday but haven't gotten a response yet.

I have applied at CHC Islamabad Pakistan.

Thanks for your previous reply.. did u meant if i defer my program before getting a decision from the embassy…. i have to reapply again 3months before starting of the class?? if this is the thing then um thinking of waiting until Jan25th for deferral by then i believe CHC will give me a reply…once i get a decision from the embassy then i go for deferral… is this a good idea to do ?

Because if i defer right now i will have to again send my new LOA to embassy another trouble will be my CAQ as i applied in QUEBEC..i have to again apply for new CAQ…the process will get even lengthy and complicated i guess…also the university also knows i guess that last day of registration is Jan 20 and as graduate student i have to be in person to register for course no online thingy is available for us….. SO shouldn't i wait for my visa decision first waterer it is.. and then go for deferral it to next semester ??

By reading this email, I think it’s nothing but a common format of replay who places query regarding processing delay. So don’t be tensed. As far your medical is done, there is less chance get a refusal. Yet I never see someone who got refusal after medical. But in average case, it takes not less than 1 month to get visa after medical is done.

Deferral will be a good decision I think. Because as your class already started from 7th Jan and if you wouldn’t able to reach their due time, you may lose lots of classes which may affect your study. Every university allow deferral as per applicant request, it will not be a hard job.

1. On Jan 3rd i have mailed CHC once asking about my visa progress also told my class will start from jan7th.. Shall i email again to release my decision ASAP stating last date of registration.? will this be a bad idea will this put a bad impact on visa decision??

2.If i defer for summer. Do i need to inform embassy that I have defer ?? If I have to inform when shall i inform after the deferral is accepted or just aftr applying for deferral ??

I had a similar experience and missed one month of classes in total(1 week was spent trying to obtain professors' approval to join their classes due to late registration). It was hard trying to catch up while maintaining the current schedule but I asked for help(you have to) and professors granted me extensions to submit assignments later.

If I were you, I would not defer the semester yet until it became clear that you would be more than one month late for school. Whatever you decide, hope it works out well for you.

dear i heard concordia dnt allow late registration. so hence um planing for deferral. and trust me i have no wish to defer....are u from concordia dear.??
