I am hoping to be invited into the pool over the coming weeks & am making sure I have all of my documents in check.
I have just realized that I requested a digital copy of my Bulletin No. 3 from France as opposed to a hard copy. Not only that, but the digital copy is not color.
My question is: can I upload my black and white digital copy? Should I include a letter of explanation that I am awaiting the color version in the mail?
I wanted to submit my application before my work visa expires...this week! But if I have to hold off and wait for the hard copy then I will.
Please advise!
