Freelance work to clients outside Canada valid as work experience?

Hello,

Does anyone know if freelance work for clients outside Canada is valid as work experience?

I'm in Canada, I have a sole proprietorship company in Ontario to do those freelance jobs and I work with computer/3D videos having my clients outside Canada. I have contracts in English for those jobs, I receive the money through my canadian bank account and I have all receipts - so I have all the documents needed.

So I got all documents made in Canada but clients are from different countries (not Canada). Are those jobs valid as self-employment for work experience in Express Entry and OINP?

I don't know the rules for OINP, but it should count as (non-Canadian) work experience if you can demonstrate the time spent working.
