Free Pre-Arrival Services for Students?

Hi all,

In the coming year, I will be applying to select colleges in hopes of studying and eventually settling (applying for PR after graduation) in Canada.

I came across pre-arrival services but saw a few of these organizations work only with persons invited with PR.

My question: Are these services available for students as well? If so, which organizations can I tap into? Is this something colleges usually assist with? Any other details you see fit to share, be sure to

Pre-arrival services are for individuals who have been approved for PR. They are not available to international students.
