There is not.

You either need to do the research on your own if you want it done for free - or pay for the services of an immigration consultant or lawyer to assist you.

Look, I work in a law firm that does Immigration work, I can tell you this, this is no such a thing as "free consultation" in the entire industry.

You don't have to pay for the expertise, but nobody is giving it away for free. There is plenty of information out there.
